In this course you will exercise your writing, speaking, and overall delivery skills as well as study assertiveness and the art of persuasion. This course will enhance your abilities as a communicator and sharpen your skills. After learning communication skills and tools, you will learn how to practically apply them to your business communication. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
