Join Fluent Mortgage Owner, Chris Bettis, for an engaging webinar on the principals of using finance strategy to close more transactions. In this webinar, Chris will discuss the different channels (buckets) of money available to consumers and how to strategically select referral sources, all with the end goal of closing more transactions. Participants will leave the webinar knowing where to go next when their clients hear "no" from a lender.

This webinar is purchased PER PERSON. Only the person purchasing the webinar will receive CE credit. All members who want CE credit for this webinar should purchase the webinar individually. 


Chris Bettis

Chris is the Director & Government Affairs Chair for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. 

He is the only lender in the state that currently holds both certifications as Certified Mortgage Consultant and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist. Plus Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist as a bonus. 

Chris is a private lender with Precision Capital and personally closed over 150 transactions & $40 million in 2016 

He has been with his wife Michelle for 24 years and they have 2 Daughters, Rose & Hannah 

Chris's primary hobbies are submission wrestling & strongman. He says “He’ll go to the mat for you!” 

The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions (including a sign-in sheet). Please fill out the provided sign-in sheet and then return it to OAR. We will then process it and send out CE certificates, within the week. If you are providing the webinar for more than one person, you are considered the host. As host, you just need to have everyone else that attends the webinar also fill out the sign-in sheet. Once it is returned to OAR, we will email each individual attendee instructions on how to access their CE certificate. We want to offer you the best experience possible with our webinars. However, OAR cannot be responsible for user technology factors such as internet connection speed that may affect the quality of the webinar transmission. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
