Michael specializes in strategic portfolio analysis and commercial investments for high net worth individuals and institutions, focusing on financial, market and risk analyses.Michael is an instructor for the CCIM Institute, teaching the Market Analysis core course to industry professionals both nationally and internationally.He is the founder of the Oregon Society of Commercial Investors, the largest commercial real estate society in the state and teaches courses for the society on financial and risk analysis. He is also the 2021 President-elect for the CCIM Oregon/SW Washington chapter, Education Committee member for CCIM, and a member of various other industry groups. The day prior to the date of the class, all registered participants will receive an email from Oregon REALTORS® providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All Oregon REALTORS® classes are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the class must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the class with the same first and last name that you registered with, Oregon REALTORS® will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to two weeks after the date of the class.
