The Principal Broker Academy is designed to help you navigate the challenges of running a brokerage with confidence. From mastering risk management, contracts, and compliance to building a strong office culture, supervising agents, and keeping your business running smoothly, this course covers the essentials of effective brokerage leadership. Through real-world case studies, practical strategies, and engaging discussions, you’ll gain valuable tools to tackle tough situations, strengthen your leadership skills, and prepare for the unexpected. What to expect: Pre-Course Work: Upon registering for the academy, you will be registered through Online Ed to gain access to the online, at your own pace pre-course work. You will learn about disclosed limited agency, transfer agreements, procuring cause, granular contact information, and much more! The pre-course work is designed to take roughly 5 hours with a quiz at the end. Please note that you will need to complete the pre-course work prior to the in-person sessions. In-Person Sessions: From December 14th-16th, you will learn about leadership and anti-trust, leadership vs. management, risk management, E & O Insurance, documentation policies, office policy, strategic business planning and brokerage operations from a variety of instructors.
