This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on June 29th and June 30th. It is required to attend both 3 hour session in order to get CE.

You may not be aware of it, but you are negotiating all of the time. This course will help you to identify negotiation tactics and employ the best techniques in any circumstance you find yourself in. You will also have the opportunity to role-play and practice these methods on relevant and current real estate scenarios occurring in today's market.

Jimi Couture
Jimi Couture grew up in a real estate family. She obtained her license after 20 years in office administration and business management, built a successful business, and then began managing real estate offices. Jimi has successfully trained and mentored hundreds of real estate agents to build strong businesses and reach their full potential. Active in her local and state associations, has served in the past as a board member, and she stays current on trends, legal matters and governmental affairs affecting homeownership and the real estate industry. Jimi Couture is a licensed Managing Principal Broker and Continuing Education Instructor in Oregon and Washington.

Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
