To meet OREA standards, the course outline must be pre-approved and offered from a Certified Continuing Education Provider. All licensing is done through the state agency, Oregon Real Estate Agency. Oregon REALTORS® offers LARRC quarterly (either online or in-person) – check out our calendar Take The CE Shop course “Oregon Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC)” online. See if your local association/board is offering any courses. Webinar Webinar Nicholas Peasley Nicholas provides in-house legal counsel to the Association and its committees, provides risk management guidance to members through the Legal Hotline, and develops programs, services and tools that help members practice real estate in Oregon competently, lawfully and ethically. The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions (including a sign-in sheet). Please fill out the provided sign-in sheet and then return it to Oregon REALTORS®. We will then process and send out CE certificates instructions, within two weeks. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
