It is designed to provide professional development for any Principal Broker, whether new, seasoned, or aspiring. This course will be a blended learning experience with both in-person and online session. This program features 4 full days of classroom-style learning, with additional online pre-learning. Registration price includes breakfast and lunch on all four days. This academy qualifies for 21 hours of Continuing Education. Space is limited to the first 20 registrants only. Complete all pre-work for each session (1-2 hours online) before attending corresponding class. As a managing Principal Broker, she is recognized as a pioneer of virtual real estate management and leadership, presenting often about broker supervision and brokerage management in addition to many other real estate topics. As co-creator and instructor of the Oregon Principal Broker Academy she is known for her no-nonsense straight forward presentation style. With a Political Science and Law education background she is very active in government affairs and political committees at the national, state, and local levels. Debra is a RPAC Platinum/Presidents Circle and 2-time RPAC Hall of Fame inductee. Debra is the 2019 Oregon Realtor of the Year and a Past President of the Oregon Realtors. Debra has also served on the Oregon Real Estate Agency Board and the Board of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials).Debra is recognized as a Gold Standard Real Estate Instructor/Leader by the Real Estate Educators Association where she is also a candidate for the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation.Debra recently completed a master’s degree in leadership from Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian) and is currently a Doctoral Scholar in Leadership at Pepperdine University.
