This two day course will cover resource-efficient homes (retrofits, remodels, renovations, and new home construction) and representing buyers and sellers of resource-efficient homes. To obtain and use NARâ€™s Green Designation, you must: Complete and pass the two day designation course. At the end of each day/course module, you will be given a test. Within one week of the designation course, you will be notified of results. Submit the member application for NARâ€™s Green Designation. OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
