DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on November 4th and 5th. It is required to attend both 3 hour session in order to get CE. Please note, for tracking of CE, OAR is requiring all attendees to have their video on during the course. You can use your phone, built-in webcam, or external webcam. When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. The Military Relocation Professional Certification Course educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support. To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must complete a few basic requirements: 1. Be in good standing with NAR; 2. Complete the 6 hour MRP certification course; 3. Complete two one-hour webinars, and; 4. Submit certification application and one time application fee of $195 to NAR. Chris has been the National Mortgage Government Affairs Chair, Regulator Affairs Chair, Technology Chair, State President, and Chapter President. He has been selected as Oregon REALTORS® GRI & MRP instructor for the last several years Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses Oregon REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. Oregon REALTORS® rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
