Brad Kraus
Bradley Kraus is a member of Warren Allen’s landlord/tenant practice and represents many of the region’s most successful landlords. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, he attended law school and graduated cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School. Along with landlord/tenant law, Mr. Kraus assists clients in various civil litigation, probate, and family law matters.

Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Kraus gained valuable experience in each of his specialties working as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Katherine Tennyson at the Multnomah County Circuit Court and the Honorable Judge John F. Nichols at the Clark County Superior Court. During law school, Mr. Kraus assisted Multnomah County in a variety of civil litigation matters as a member of the County Attorney’s Office.
A native of New Ulm, Minnesota, Mr. Kraus continues to root for Minnesota sports teams in his free time. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys exercise, spending time with his dogs, and spending time with his friends.

The day prior to the date of the webinar, all registered participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All OAR webinars are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the webinar must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the webinar with the same first and last name that you registered with, OAR will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.

All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to one week after the date of the webinar. OAR strives to offer the best experience possible with live webinars. However, OAR cannot be responsible for user technology factors such as internet connection speed or technology that may affect the quality of the webinar transmission. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any webinar. All cancellation requests received after the 48-hour time period will not be issued a refund. No refunds or credit given for no-shows. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
