It is required to attend both 3-hour sessions in order to get CE. Please note, for tracking of CE, Oregon REALTORS® is requiring all attendees to have their video on during the course. In this course, we will take a look at practical methods of building and maintaining relationships with sellers. You will learn how to find prospective clients, market your specific strengths, give an effective listing presentation and nurture your agent-client relationship before, during and after the transaction. This class will give you the tools to create a network of lifelong, loyal clients who will refer your services. Zoom Zoom Caralee Angell Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. In her spare time, Caralee enjoys reading historical novels, training MMA, and teaching German. The day prior to the date of the webinar, all registered participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All OAR webinars are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the webinar must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the webinar with the same first and last name that you registered with, OAR will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to one week after the date of the webinar.
