It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational criteria. The foundation of the SRS course covers the core competencies of seller representation according to office policies, license law, and the Code of Ethics. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning.
