This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 1pm to 4pm on July 20th and July 21st. It is required to attend both 3 hour session in order to get CE.

In this course, we will take a look at practical methods of building and maintaining relationships with sellers. You will learn how to find prospective clients, market your specific strengths, give an effective listing presentation and nurture your agent-client relationship before, during and after the transaction. This class will give you the tools to create a network of lifelong, loyal clients who will refer your services.

Caralee Angell
Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
