You will learn how to find prospective clients, market your specific strengths, give an effective listing presentation and nurture your agent-client relationship before, during and after the transaction. This class will give you the tools to create a network of lifelong, loyal clients who will refer your services. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
