Debra Gisriel

With over a four-decade career in Real Estate, Debra has served in many leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels of the industry as well as many leadership roles in community, church and nonprofits.  As a managing Principal Broker, she is recognized as a pioneer of virtual real estate management and leadership, presenting often about broker supervision and brokerage management in addition to many other real estate topics. As co-creator and instructor of the Oregon Principal Broker Academy she is known for her no-nonsense straight forward presentation style.  With a Political Science and Law education background she is very active in government affairs and political committees at the national, state, and local levels.  Debra is a RPAC Platinum/Presidents Circle and 2-time RPAC Hall of Fame inductee.  Debra is the 2019 Oregon Realtor of the Year and a Past President of the Oregon Realtors.  Debra has also served on the Oregon Real Estate Agency Board and the Board of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials).
Debra is recognized as a Gold Standard Real Estate Instructor/Leader by the Real Estate Educators Association where she is also a candidate for the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation.
Debra recently completed a master’s degree in leadership from Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian) and is currently a Doctoral Scholar in Leadership at Pepperdine University.
