DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This class starts with the basic concepts and competencies that are needed when working with transgender and gender non-conforming people. We then delve deeper into specific fair housing considerations and fair housing law as it applies to LGBT communities. The class also provides a comprehensive starter tool kit for developing trans-inclusive practices in real estate brokerages, mortgage, and title company offices. Webinar Webinar Percy Wise Percy Wise is a Senior Loan Officer with Two Rivers Mortgage, LLC, an independent mortgage brokerage firm based in Portland. A non-practicing attorney, Percy is well versed in issues of public interest law including fair housing, LGBT rights and racial justice. He is an experienced, local loan officer who is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. After completing registration, all participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All OAR webinars are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the webinar must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the webinar with the same first and last name that you registered with, OAR will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to one week after the date of the webinar.
