Brooke Yussim
I love selling real estate and my enthusiasm resonates with my clients. As an OAR Instructor, I look forward to passing along what I have learned through my years in the business.

I am currently an Associate Broker with The Danberry Co. based in Toledo Ohio. Prior to my move to Ohio in 2020 I was the managing principle broker and co-owner of Oregon Bay Properties, LLC located in North Bend on the southern Oregon coast in Coos County. I joined the real estate industry in 2006 and in 2010, my husband and I opened Oregon Bay Properties, LLC. My business focuses on residential properties, bare land and farms & ranches and I have earned a CRS designation. Oregon Bay Properties, LLC also handles commercial & industrial sales and residential & commercial property management which has broadened the scope of my experience.

My entire career has been in sales including retail sales & management in New York City, software sales in the San Francisco bay area and wholesale fashion sales & logistics in Los Angeles. Real estate has been the perfect addition to my sales career.

The day prior to the date of the class, all registered participants will receive an email from Oregon REALTORS® providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All Oregon REALTORS® classes are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the class must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the class with the same first and last name that you registered with, Oregon REALTORS® will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.

All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to two weeks after the date of the class. Oregon REALTORS® strives to offer the best experience possible with live webinars.
