Kerri Hartnett
Kerri originally hails from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and moved to Oregon in 1997 from Boise, Idaho, where she has lived and served her communities between Portland and the North Oregon Coast for nearly 24 years.
Kerri is a third-generation REALTOR®, enjoying over 16 years of personal real estate experience as the owner of Hartnett Homes Group, Brokered by Premiere Property Group, LLC, where she has specialized in moving clients mindfully through life since 2004. Kerri has a reputation for building lasting relationships with clients, embracing their goals as her own, and accepting a high level of responsibility for their satisfaction. She is also the owner and Chief Creative Officer for Ohm Girl Consulting, LLC, where she offers training and consulting designed for mindful real estate professionals looking for a balanced approach to success.
Kerri has been an active member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Greater Portland Network since before she received her license. She launched her career by working to obtain her PMN designation right away and quickly found success in business and relationship building. She immediately began serving the local Network as Secretary, Programs Director, President-Elect and eventually making her way up to local Network President in 2010. She also served at the state, regional and national levels in various roles throughout her journey. Kerri has served on the National Women's Council Executive Committee since 2016 and has helped to shape the Council as it operates today. Her goal is to empower others to become the best version of themselves through the cultivation of the various skills offered to our members.

Additionally, Kerri was a graduate of the 2014 National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and has served in many positions at her state, local and national REALTOR® associations including; President in 2017 for the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, 2020 Political Affairs Chair for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, 2020 Oregon state and National Association of REALTORS® Director. Kerri was also honored as PMAR's REALTOR® of the Year in 2018.

In her downtime, Kerri enjoys volunteering her time through local service providers and community food banks. She is passionate about her yoga practice, her son Makai, her fur baby Short dog, her human friends, dance parties, traveling, cooking, long walks on the beach, learning new things, meeting new people, and having fun with everything that she does.

Kate VanLooven
Dedicated to solving problems and helping her community, Kate VanLooven is driven to serve as the CEO of VanLooven Properties and a buyer’s specialist with The Perreault Group. Specializing in the Gresham/Portland metro area, Kate combines her knowledge of contract law and policy to best serve and negotiate on behalf of her clients, providing both commercial and residential real estate services.
The real estate business comes second nature to Kate — her father was also a REALTOR®. Growing up in Hawaii for most of her childhood, she moved to Portland as a teenager. Always active in her community, honesty and a desire to make a difference drove her to take on various leadership positions during her studies at Portland State University. She was vice president and co-founder of S.H.A.R.E., an organization dedicated to advocating for homeless issues. Her desire to help serve marginalized communities also led her to work with the Portland HIV Center, where she helped feed and educate low-income clients.
Kate’s keen attention to detail and solid leadership traits also led her to the opportunity to intern for Senator Michael Dembrow’s office. In 2018 she served on the East Metro Association of Realtors® (EMAR) Government Affairs Committee. She served as a director for one year with the 2020 EMAR® Board Of Directors, and has been elected to a two-year director position on the EMAR® Board for 2021-22.
In 2021 Kate is excited to bring her experience working with diverse communities to her position on the Oregon Realtors® Diversity Committee, and she is enjoying her appointment as the membership director for the 2021 Women's Council of Realtors® in the Greater Portland Area. Kate was also recently appointed as president of the Portland Metro LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance for 2021 and 2022. She also serves as the regional delegate for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance overseeing the chapters in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
Kate received her pre-law degree from Portland State University. Kate’s current real estate certifications and designations include: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), NAR’s Green Designation (Green), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Performance Management Network (PMN), Pricing Strategy: Mastering the CMA (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®).
Serving as a real estate ombudsperson, advocate, and mediator, Kate is committed to helping traditionally marginalized communities with their path to homeownership, working to create balance between the needs of investors, homeowners, renters, and people who are houseless. She is the proud mother of three sons, three daughters, two dogs, and one cat and enjoys hiking, skydiving, kayaking, and reading.
