Caralee Angell
Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. The day prior to the date of the webinar, all registered participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All OAR webinars are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the webinar must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the webinar with the same first and last name that you registered with, OAR will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.

All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to one week after the date of the webinar. OAR strives to offer the best experience possible with live webinars. However, OAR cannot be responsible for user technology factors such as internet connection speed or technology that may affect the quality of the webinar transmission. Please click here to see the minimum system requirements for viewing webinars.

To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any webinar. All cancellation requests received after the 48-hour time period will not be issued a refund. No refunds or credit given for no-shows. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
