I have been a manager with the State of Oregon for 9 years, leading teams of people tasked with ensuring safety and consumer protection. Meghan Lewis, Senior Case Analyst, Oregon Real Estate Agency I have been with the OREA Regulation Division since 2013, initially as an investigator but currently in a lead position. I guide and support the investigators with the goal of conducting non-bias, fact-based investigations surrounding allegations of violations to real estate license law and rule. I discuss potential violations of law and rule with the Commissioner for possible disciplinary action against a license. I also conduct settlement conferences with licensees who face disciplinary action against their license. I have over a decade of experience in property management and have held real estate licenses in Washington and Oregon. The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions. We will then process and send out CE certificates instructions, within two weeks.
