This course will provide a comprehensive look at acquiring and maintaining positive seller relationships. This course will give you the tools needed to uncover sellers, market your strengths, price the property, win the listing, and be competent in your abilities to maintain a working rapport with your sellers during and after the transaction. The goal is to have clients for life who will refer your services.

Sheryll Fong
Sheryll Fong has been the Managing Principal Broker for Keller Williams Sunset Corridor in Beaverton Oregon for over 5 years. She's been a Realtor for 33 years. During those years, teaching has been a fundamental part of her position as Broker and then as Principal Broker. Throughout her career, Sheryll has taught many new agent introduction classes, including Ignite classes and before that the Jumpstart classes from her previous brokerage. She has earned the GRI and CRIS designations. 
Teaching and mentoring are important parts of Sheryll's career, and she has built many classes and masterminds for agents around these. In addition, she also teaches contracts and compliance in depth. She is also qualified to teach the Code of Ethics and LARRC.

Sheryll enjoys spending time with her husband and their grown sons and daughter and their children.  She and her husband run a dance organization called CCMfriends which has two social dances each month. She also likes acrylic painting, travel and walking.

OAR reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. OAR rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
