Barb is the Managing Principal Broker and Senior Portfolio Manager for Relay Resources, a nonprofit provider of housing, education and jobs for the disabled and others facing barriers to employment in the Portland, Oregon area.Barb graduated cum laude from the University of Portland with a BA in Communications and minors in Marketing and Management, completing a 4-year degree in 3 years while spending one of those years studying abroad. Barb was a National Merit Scholar semifinalist, received Honors at Entrance to the University’s Honors College, and was an Oregon Scholar. As a youth, Barb was an internationally ranked Equestrienne who was offered a junior position on the US Equestrian team in Colorado Springs, Colorado in preparation for the 1984 Olympics. Injuries ended her career.Barb has volunteered in youth sports for 16 years as a coach, team mom, referee coordinator and athletic director. Barb and her husband have been married for 30 years. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
