In this course, you will learn about the mortgage process, escrow & title, loan programs, lending, rules (Dodd-Frank, HOPEA & Section 32, triggering loan estimates, TRID/Know Before You Owe), seller financing, short sales & foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, and investment properties. By the end, you will be prepared to guide your clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their life. Zoom Zoom Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses Oregon REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. Oregon REALTORS® rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
