This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on May 6th and May 7th. It is required to attend both 3-hour sessions in order to get CE.

You may not be aware of it, but you are negotiating all of the time. This course will help you to identify negotiation tactics and employ the best techniques in any circumstance you find yourself in. You will also have the opportunity to role-play and practice these methods on relevant and current real estate scenarios occurring in today’s market.

Cheryle has been in the real estate industry since 1990 and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). She has owned her own brokerage and grew it to 50 Brokers strong!

Cheryle has continued to be a TOP Producer in the industry securing the prestigious designation of a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the National Association of Realtor (NAR) in 2010. In order to receive this award Realtor's® have to complete advanced course training and demonstrate expertise in the field of residential real estate. She must sell a high volume of real estate each year. Fewer than 35,000 Realtor's nationwide have earned this credential.

Since selling her real estate company in 2018 Cheryle is able to concentrate completely on her clients, both Buyers and Sellers. She has earned a high level of distinction with her clients and amongst her peers. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses Oregon REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. Oregon REALTORS® rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
