Please note, for tracking of CE, Oregon REALTORS® is requiring all attendees to have their video on during the course. You can use your phone, built-in webcam, or external webcam. This course will cover critical aspects of Federal and State law including fair housing, license, risk management, records retention, agency, and includes an interactive discussion and debate of an actual Oregon cases with practical based applications! Zoom Zoom The day prior to the date of the class, all registered participants will receive an email from Oregon REALTORS® providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All Oregon REALTORS® classes are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the class must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the class with the same first and last name that you registered with, Oregon REALTORS® will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to two weeks after the date of the class.
