Jeremy is General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs at Oregon REALTORS®.  He oversees the legal and government affairs of the Association including the legal hotline, forms, and risk management programs as well as the association’s legislative efforts.  Prior to his work at Oregon REALTORS® Jeremy was the vice president of the Oregon Business Council where he worked with Oregon’s largest employers to identify and solve public policy challenges affecting business and economic development in Oregon. In 2019, Jeremy received the Portland Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” award for young professionals. Jeremy received his Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and earned a Certificate in Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources law.

Rick has over 35 years of hands-on, in-the-trenches experience in real estate sales and REALTOR® leadership at the local, state and national level and he provides REALTOR® education, strategic planning and leadership training for industry groups nationwide. He speaks regularly for REBAC and the Real Estate Business Institute, for ARELLO, AEI, CMLS, Inman and for GRI programs throughout the Northwest.
Rick’s broad industry experience gives him a unique perspective on what makes businesses run, how volunteers and professional staff tick, and how to build great organizations that keeps REALTORS® relevant and prosperous.

To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
