One year after the NAR settlement, the use of buyer representation agreements is well underway- but the details matter more than ever. This class takes a deeper dive into refining your agreements, aligning them with Oregon law, and understanding where state requirements intersect —or conflict—with the national settlement. We’ll outline best practices, address common problem areas, and provide practical solutions for real-world scenarios so you can confidently navigate agreements that are both compliant and client focused.
