Do you currently provide education to REALTORS in Oregon? If the answer is yes, then you need to join the Oregon Association of REALTORS for this engaging workshop on developing education specific to Real Estate and for REALTORS. OAR is bringing out Rod McIntyre, Ph.D, of the Kansas Association of REALTORS to discuss how to tailor educational offerings to REALTORS. Some classroom topics include:

Rod McIntyre, Ph.D.
The Workshop is presented and facilitated by Rod McIntyre, Ph.D. who, following an eighteen-year career as a high school and collegiate educator and coach, accepted the position of Education Director with the Kansas Association of REALTORSĀ® in 1998, and is currently the Vice-President of Program Development. Rod operates a speaking and consulting business dedicated to helping individuals and organizations effectively utilize knowledge, inspiration, and instinct to generate measurable results. He is a Kolbe-Certified Consultant specializing in education strategies, communication, leadership strategies, and relationship-building skills for business professionals.  

OAR reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. OAR rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email ( 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
