This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on April 20th.

The course covers the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, disclosures, and much more. Participants can expect an interactive learning experience with a practical based case study at the end to help solidify some of the concepts.

Caralee Angell
Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. In her spare time, Caralee enjoys reading historical novels, training MMA, and teaching German.

Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses Oregon REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. Oregon REALTORS® rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
