To earn the certification you must complete the course, pay the one time application fee of $175. 

NAR will reach out to you via email once you after course completion with all the directions on how to receive your certification.

The SFR® certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.

The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions (including a sign-in sheet). Please fill out the provided sign-in sheet and then return it to Oregon REALTORS®. We will then process and send out CE certificates instructions, within two weeks. We want to offer you the best experience possible with our webinars. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Oregon REALTORS® Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Oregon REALTORS® live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the Oregon REALTORS® course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by Oregon REALTORS®.
