Michael specializes in strategic portfolio analysis and commercial investments for high net worth individuals and institutions, focusing on financial, market and risk analyses.Michael is an instructor for the CCIM Institute, teaching the Market Analysis core course to industry professionals both nationally and internationally.He is the founder of the Oregon Society of Commercial Investors, the largest commercial real estate society in the state and teaches courses for the society on financial and risk analysis. He is also the 2021 President-elect for the CCIM Oregon/SW Washington chapter, Education Committee member for CCIM, and a member of various other industry groups. The day prior to the date of the webinar, all registered participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions.
