DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds. Zoom Zoom Robert Morris The day prior to the date of the class, all registered participants will receive an email from Oregon REALTORS® providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All Oregon REALTORS® classes are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the class must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the class with the same first and last name that you registered with, Oregon REALTORS® will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to two weeks after the date of the class.
