This is a one hour CE class and topics to include: Who is Market Appraisals (just one of many AMC's) Current appraisal turn times Appraiser shortages and outlook FHA, Conventional and VA Common appraisal delays Re-Inspections Talking with your appraiser Rebuttals Q&A round table discussions 1 CE hrs in Real Estate Property Evaluation, Appraisals, or Valuation The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions (including an electronic sign-in sheet). Fill out the provided excel sign-in sheet and return it to OAR in the same format within one business day. Once we have your excel sign-in sheet, we will send out CE certificates within a week.
