Cheryle has been in the real estate industry since 1990 and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). She has owned her own brokerage and grew it to 50 Brokers strong!

Cheryle has continued to be a TOP Producer in the industry securing the prestigious designation of a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the National Association of Realtor (NAR) in 2010. In order to receive this award Realtor's® have to complete advanced course training and demonstrate expertise in the field of residential real estate. She must sell a high volume of real estate each year. Fewer than 35,000 Realtor's nationwide have earned this credential.

Since selling her real estate company in 2018 Cheryle is able to concentrate completely on her clients, both Buyers and Sellers. She has earned a high level of distinction with her clients and amongst her peers. All of Cheryle’s awards, expertise, and networking from within the industry, are there to help her clients be successful. Cheryle is a highly motivated, determined individual who has an instinctive ability to satisfy the specific needs of each of her clients. OAR Live CoursesOAR reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. OAR rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
