In this course, you will learn the foundational tools to build trust and create lasting relationships with your buyers. Course content includes subjects to cover in the initial buyer consultation, working with multicultural/generational buyers, customizing the home search, negotiations, effective communication skills and more.

HOLLY's CAREER has been an amazing journey of varied experiences prior to beginning her real estate career; 20 years with Nordstrom, National Account Executive - Coca-Cola Enterprise and sales associate/educator for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. First licensed in 2007, Holly quickly became a principal broker in 2010, received her GRI designation, was honored 5 times, with the Portland 5- Star Real Estate Award 2008-2012, enjoyed being a Multi-Million dollar producer club member and is currently a real estate investor, with a portfolio of Oregon properties.
Holly’s experiences include being a Managing/Reviewing Principal Real Estate broker & trainer for both franchise and boutique brokerages, in the Mid-Willamette Valley and she currently enjoys being an educator, business coach and mentor. Her most valued career moments are those when she can engage with an agent or client, to strategically build & improve their business, for their ongoing success and profitability.

Holly is blessed with 2 sons, 2 stepdaughters, 5 grandchildren, ages 1.5 to 17, a loving husband, a lot of grass to mow & weeds to pull, rental houses, extended family from USA to Scotland and the “good life” abounding in small farm town living.

OAR Live CoursesOAR reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. OAR rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
