Bruce Kracke, Jr.
With nearly two decades in the mortgage industry; a "student for life" attitude toward Real Estate Finance, I've begun developing content and leading webinars for a NMLS Mortgage Education Course Provider, I am honored to be entering my 2nd year as a member of the GRI Instructor Team at the OAR.

A two sport athlete at Western Maryland College with over 17 years of professional public speaking experience, I prepare for my GRI classes the same way I did for games in college, as well as for the nearly 200 live training workshops I've successfully delivered around the country since 2002. Also certified to instruct CE for Realtors in WA, I enjoy the same excitement of teamwork, engagement, and the gratitude of helping our students continue their paths to increased knowledge, production, and value as trusted advisors.

A wise man once said, “Tell me and I’ll forget; show me and I may remember, but engage me, and I’ll understand”.

The day prior to the date of the webinar, all registered participants will receive an email from OAR providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All OAR webinars are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the webinar must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the webinar with the same first and last name that you registered with, OAR will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.

All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to one week after the date of the webinar. OAR strives to offer the best experience possible with live webinars. However, OAR cannot be responsible for user technology factors such as internet connection speed or technology that may affect the quality of the webinar transmission. Please click here to see the minimum system requirements for viewing webinars.

To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any webinar. All cancellation requests received after the 48-hour time period will not be issued a refund. No refunds or credit given for no-shows. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
