Hector Ariceaga
Hector Ariceaga held a real estate license and was active, earning several professional designations. He has over 23 years of industry experience. Hector was appointed in 2002 by the President of the United States to the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, serving on the Financial Operations Committee and the Products, Services and Housing Committee.

From 1993 until 2002, Hector served as vice chairman of the board of the Housing Authority of Portland and he is a former member of the board of the Oregon Trail Chapter of the Red Cross.

Hector has a Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering; a Master's degree in Business Administration and Technology Management and has completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. He currently occupies the position of Vice President of Business and Technology Development for First American Title Company of Oregon.

Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE. OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
