Marie Due

Marie is a Principal Broker at Re/Max Integrity in Eugene and Florence and is a dedicated and proven professional in this challenging field. Marie bring more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience, becoming a REALTOR® in 2002. Marie currently is the 2019 OREF Forms Committee chair and has been the 2010 Eugene REALTOR® of the year; Past Eugene Association of REALTORS® President; past District Vice President, Oregon Association of REALTORS®; 2018 Vice-Chair of the OREF Forms Committee and is a past member of the Board of Directors, Home Builders Association of Lane County.

Wendy Adkisson
Wendy Adkisson of Keller Williams Central, Bend, has worked in the real estate industry in Central Oregon since 1985. Most of her career has been spent as a Managing Principal Broker, a position she enjoys tremendously as it has given her the opportunity to assist some of Central Oregon¹s most successful real estate salespeople in growing and enhancing their real estate careers.

Alan Brickley
Alan Brickley is retired Counsel, First American Title Company. He has been involved in the title insurance and real estate legal industry for over 57 years beginning as a poster/locater in Oregon City. He is currently practicing law, including acting as an expert witness on real estate matters.

He attended Portland State University, JD Northwestern College of Law, Lewis and Clark and College and MBA University of Oregon.

He is currently an adjunct professor at Portland State University and has also taught at Clackamas Community College, Marylhurst University, Northwestern College of Law at Lewis and Clark College, Willamette University and various presentations to groups such as the Real Estate and Land Use section of the Oregon State Bar, where he was chosen Outstanding Member 2015. He is a co-author of “Climate Change and Oregon Law, What is to Be Done? Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (2018).

In addition to his career in the title industry he has been involved in civic affairs as the Mayor of West Linn and a member of City Club of Portland.

OAR reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum enrollment* is not met, in which case a full refund would be given. OAR rarely cancels a class due to bad weather. Email all cancellation requests to education@oregonrealtors.org. *The number qualifying for minimum enrollment is determined by course provider. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received via email (education@oregonrealtors.org) 48-hours prior to the start of any class. Any cancellation request received after the 48-hour time period will result in no refund. No refunds or credit given for NO-SHOWS. Emergency cancellations may be considered by the course provider and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
