Stan Jessup
Stan Jessup is acting administrator of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) as well as a former contractor and real estate broker. He has worked for the CCB since 2010. In 2014, he became the agency’s enforcement manager, overseeing the state’s enforcement of contractor regulations and its process for resolving consumer complaints against contractors. He and his wife live in rural Salem where they raise livestock and poultry that occasionally don construction gear and pose as contractors for the CCB’s marketing campaigns.

OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
