The day before the webinar, we will send out an email with login instructions, handouts, and CE directions (including an electronic sign-in sheet). Rich Bailey
Rich Bailey is Regional Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company and is located in Portland, Oregon.

Rich has over nineteen years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining First American in 2015, Rich spent over fifteen years as a real estate and lending attorney at various law firms in Oregon and Michigan (most recently as a Shareholder at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, PC in Portland, Oregon), and two years as general counsel for a small real estate development company in Michigan.

In addition to a law degree from Lewis & Clark College, Rich has a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. He also worked in the business world for five years before attending law school in the areas of corporate accounting and sales.
