The course covers the basic rules of statutory interpretation, real estate license, property management license, disclosures, and much more. Participants can expect an interactive learning experience with a practical based case study at the end to help solidify some of the concepts. Zoom Zoom Caralee Angell Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. In her spare time, Caralee enjoys reading historical novels, training MMA, and teaching German. The day prior to the date of the class, all registered participants will receive an email from Oregon REALTORS® providing webinar login instructions, CE directions, and handouts (if applicable). All Oregon REALTORS® classes are individual, meaning each participant who would like to receive CE from the class must purchase the webinar and view it completely. 50 minutes of seat time is required per 1 hour of education to receive CE for a webinar. Any participant who views the webinar for less than 50 minutes will not receive CE, no exceptions. By signing into the class with the same first and last name that you registered with, Oregon REALTORS® will be able to verify your attendance and issue you a CE certificate.All participants who meet the mandatory seat-time requirement and paid for the webinar will be provided a CE certificate in their member profile up to two weeks after the date of the class.
