This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 9am to 12pm on June 4th and June 5th. It is required to attend both 3 hour session in order to get CE.

Don't ever get blindsided by a contractual misunderstanding. This course will help you stay a step ahead by versing you in the nuances of contractual law. You will about the promises between parties conditioned on certain events and enforceable by law, all the necessary elements of a contract, offer and acceptance, consideration, capacity of parties, and lawful purpose.

Caralee Angell
Caralee is local to Portland and grew up on the south side of town in West Linn. Caralee is principal broker at Angell Realty and combines her love of sales with real estate and teaching! This combination led to teaching real estate for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, as Caralee chose the opportunity to become an OAR instructor, and didn’t look back. OAR Live Courses & Online Courses Are NON-TRANSFERABLE.OAR live and online courses are different products. Time spent in each cannot be transferred from one to the other, or interchanged. All students should be advised that they are required to complete 100% of the OAR course solely live in the classroom or 100% of the OAR course solely online; if a student chooses to cancel from one mode to another, they must start the course again from the beginning. A cancellation must be approved by OAR.
